Processing Time

Most items at Zim 3D Prints are printed and finished to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to print, finish, and pack your order before it ships. Custom or bulk orders may take longer; if so, we'll reach out with an estimated timeline.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Standard shipping: 2-5 business days

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 2 days of your estimated ship date, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@zim3dprints.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damage. We'll work with you to make it right.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer, though we'll do what we can to help if a package is returned to us undelivered.
